Ysidro Hernandez, 71, of Ralls, was called home on Tuesday, July 14, 2020. He was born April 4, 1949 in Goliad, TX to Manuel and Josefina Rodriguez Hernandez. Ysidro married Esmerlinda Salas on April 1, 1968. She preceded him in death on April 6, 2009. He married Christina Tarin on August 15, 2010.

He was a man of many traits; he was a farmer in Crosby County for many years, he loved dancing, playing bingo, and loved his coffee. Ysidro knew no strangers. His biggest passion was his family and spending time his grandchildren.

Ysidro is survived by his wife, Christina, of Ralls, three daughters; Rosalinda Zepeda of Lubbock, Consuela Marquez of Killeen, and Josie Rodriguez (Ricardo) of Lorenzo, two step-daughters; Rosalinda Tarin of Ralls and Maria Tarin of Lubbock, one brother, Fernando Hernandez and wife Alice of Harker Heights, six sisters; Hope Alvear (Beto), Minga Hernandez, Chana Jennsen, Lupe Reyna, Carmen Salas (Julian) and Angie DeLos Santos (Mario). He also leaves behind 30 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Esmerlinda, and one daughter, Sandra Hernandez.
