William "Will" Fredrick Noey, 80 of Ralls passed away Friday, March 5, 2021. He was born October 5, 1940 in Marquez, TX to Herbert and Francis Gordon Noey.

He was a welder for Mexia Tank Company for about eight years before moving to Lubbock where he owned and operated Noey Tree Service with his brother for over 30 years. He ranched in Dickens County for ten years before retiring. The way Will lived his life was reflected in his favorite saying, "It is what it is". He will be sorely missed by his loved ones.

Will is survived by three sons, Jeff Noey of Ralls, Brandon Noey of Mexia, TX and Shannon Noey of Palestine, TX; three daughters, Tammy Noey of Amarillo, Sandra Noey of Carlsbad, NM and Tina Clinton of Abilene, TX; four brothers, Martin Noey of Lorenzo, TX, Phillip Noey of Acuff, TX, Roger Noey and Clifford Noey both of Lubbock; two sisters, Mozale Walker and Elene Winstead both of Lubbock.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
