Stephanie Jo Wiley Thomas was born to the parentage of Billy Joe Wiley Sr. and Elizabeth Jackson Wiley on August 15, 1969 in Crosbyton Texas. She attended Crosbyton ISD and graduated in 1987. She attended college at Western Texas in Snyder, South Plains College, and Texas Tech University. She graduated from Vogue College of Cosmetology. She was employed at Head Start in Crosbyton and Levelland. She enjoyed music, singing, dancing, art, as well as being around people.

Stephanie was the mother of DeVosier Stephan Wiley and grandmother of Vosier Kash Wiley and Demi Aubrielle Wiley. She delighted in spending time with her grandchildren.

Stephanie married Curtis Thomas on March 3, 2012 and moved to Tulia, Texas.

Stephanie expressed her belief in Christ at an early age when she joined Galilee Baptist Church in Crosbyton, Texas. She was active in the church choir, Training Union and Missions.

Stephanie is survived by her husband Curtis Thomas, her mother Elizabeth Jackson Wiley, her father Billy Joe Wiley Sr., her sister Melodie Denise Benton and her husband Tim Benton, her sister Krystal Joelle Wiley, her brother Henry Jaton Harris, her brother Billy Joe Wiley Jr. and his wife Michelle Wiley, her son DeVosier Stephan Wiley, her grandchildren; Vosier Kash Wiley and Demi Aubrielle Wiley and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
