Russell Greg "Rusty" Marsh (January 29, 1960) 64, formerly of Ralls, Texas, passed away peacefully Monday, February 12, 2024 at his home in Lubbock, Texas with his loving wife Soledad at his side.

Rusty was raised on the Marsh family farm outside of Ralls, Texas. He graduated from Ralls High School and attended South Plains College.

Rusty and Soledad resided in Lubbock where he worked for 28 years at Featherlite Building Products. He retired in 2020 as Block Plant Manager.

Rusty valued hard work and passed this lesson on to his children. A favorite saying was "never grow cold, keep a loving heart." He was a wonderful soul with a passion for life and happiness. He touched many with his contagious smile and witty attitude. He will be dearly missed by all who have had the great fortune of knowing him.

Rusty was preceded in death by his father, Rubert Ray Marsh (2021), his mother Shirley Ann Worsham Marsh (2023), brother Richard Lane Marsh (2010) and brother Randall Ray Marsh (1977).

Rusty is survived by his wife Soledad, son Jeremy (and Samantha) Marsh, daughter Rayvun Marsh, stepson Joe (and Melissa) Martinez, stepdaughter Monica (and Ray) Gomez, stepdaughter Stephanie Martinez, grandson Richard Vallejos, granddaughter Lydia Gilbert, great-
granddaughter Violet Gilbert-Starry, sister Diane McMullen (and Wade) and sister Reanae (and Byron) Berry.

At his request there will be no formal memorial service, however the family will have a private time of remembrance and of course stories about Rusty. Internment will be at the Ralls Cemetery, Ralls, Texas at a date to be determined later.
