Rose Marie Lamb, 77, of Ralls Texas, passed away September 13, 2026 surrounded by the ones she loved and cherished. She was born on March 1st, 1949, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Reuben and Marie Miller. Her and her husband Darwin Lamb were married in Crosbyton on June 25, 1968. They were married for 58 beautiful years together.

Throughout her life, Rose found joy in the simple things that made each day special. She dedicated over thirty years to caring for others as a nurse at Crosbyton Hospital, where her compassion and kindness for those around her left a lasting impression.

Outside of her career, she had many passions. Rose was an avid reader and was never caught without a book in her hand, she loved spending time in her garden watching the beauty of the seasons, and she liked to try her luck at gambling for a little excitement. In her later years of life, she enjoyed sewing and crafting. Rose created sweaters, clothing, dolls, and so many accessories. She loved her dogs and spending time with her loving family.

Rose is survived by her husband, Darwin Lamb; her four daughters, Kimberly Benton and husband Robert, Margie Whitaker and husband Billy, Virginia Morgan and husband Chuck, Cortney Watkins and parter Bryan; her son, Jason Lamb and wife Marrisa; two sisters, Nancy Bartarm, Elizabeth Sundquist; seventeen grandchildren, and bunches and bunches of great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Reuben and Marie Miller; a granddaughter, Marina Morgan; and a great-grandson Blaine Benton.
