Rosa Granado Salas, 83, of Crosbyton passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 27, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 5, 1943, in Smithville, TX to Genaro and Anita Rodriquez Sandoval.
She was an outdoor person, enjoying fishing and working in the yard. She loved her dogs and enjoyed dancing in her younger years. She relished spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren.
Rosa married Dionicio Granado in Crosbyton at a young age. He passed away in 2006. She married Fidencio Salas in 2010, and he passed in 2021.
Rosa is survived by three daughters, Nancy Martinez and Rosemary Navarro both of Crosbyton, and Mia Upchurch of Houston; one brother, Genaro Sandoval, Jr. and wife Rosa of Seminole, TX; four sisters, Angie Hernandez and husband Ray, Alma Moreno and husband Frank, Clara Carrasco and Mickey Marquez all of Crosbyton; Eleven grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded by her husbands, her parents; two daughters, Monica McCoy and Virginia Granado; and one granddaughter, Yvonne Navarro.
