Roger Dale Noey 72 of Lubbock passed away October 16, 2021. He was born June 4, 1949 in Marquez, Texas to Herbert and Francis Gordon Noey. Roger loved to drink coffee and watch the traffic pass by, he loved ranching, horses, and travelling. He worked at Noey Tree Service and Buffalo Spring Lake for many, many, years. He was a cowboy and loved the ladies. He will be missed by family and friends.

Roger is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother William Noey.

Those left to cherish his memory are; three daughters, Angela Noey of Lubbock, Kristy Sheeley of Idalou, and Stacy Solley of Lubbock; one son Logan Solley of Bremond, Texas; three brothers, Martin Noey of Lorenzo, Phillip Noey of Acuff, Clifford Noey of Lubbock; two sisters, Mozale Walker of Lubbock, Elene Winstead  of Lubbock. Roger also leaves behind fourteen grand children, and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday October 21, 2021 at the Ralls Cemetery Chapel.
