Rogelio “Roy” Moreno, Jr., 51, of Crosbyton, passed away September 11, 2026. He was born on November 1, 1974, in Crosbyton, TX.

Roy was a great father, son, brother, grandfather and uncle. He loved fishing, cooking out, and especially spending time with family. He also enjoyed cheering on the Texas Longhorns and Philadelphia Eagles. He married Jessica Sistos on December 21, 1994, in Crosbyton. Roy will be missed dearly by his friends and loved ones.

He is survived by his wife, Jessica; one son, Joshua Moreno; four daughters, Ashlyn Moreno, Kaitlyn Vasquez, Kylyn Moreno and Zaelyn Moreno; his mother, Clarita Carrasco; one brother, John Sandoval; three sisters, Josie Martinez, Mary Martinez and Adelita Martinez; and 11 grandchildren.

Roy was preceded in death by his grandparents Genaro and Anita Sandoval, and his step-father Salvador Carrasco.
