Rogelio “Roy” Moreno, Jr., 51, of Crosbyton, passed away September 11, 2026. He was born on November 1, 1974, in Crosbyton, TX.

Roy loved fishing, cooking out, and especially spending time with family. He also enjoyed cheering on the Texas Longhorns and Philadelphia Eagles. He married Jessica Sistos on December 21, 1994, in Crosbyton. Roy was a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and uncle who will be missed dearly by his friends and loved ones.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jessica; four daughters, Ashlyn Moreno, Kaitlyn Vasquez, Kylyn Moreno and Zaelyn Moreno; one son, Joshua Moreno; his mother, Clarita Moreno; one brother, John Sandoval; three sisters, Josie Martinez, Mary Martinez and Adelita Martinez; and 11 grandchildren.

Roy was preceded in death by his grandparents Genaro and Anita Sandoval.
