Robert Dale Upchurch, born September 13, 1960, of Afton, Texas, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026. He will be remembered by those who knew him.

He is survived by his children: Stacy Upchurch and her children, Amber, Damian and Kiana; Vanessa Upchurch and her children, Mia, Maya and Nicholas as well as one great-grandson, Michael; and Robert Dale Upchurch and his wife, Angel, along with their children, Brayden and Azley. He is also survived by his parents, Willian and Betty Upchurch of Crosbyton, Texas; his sister, Dana and her husband Vaughn Appleton of Lakeview, Texas as well as extended family members.

Dale enjoyed spending time with his friends, often sharing laughs and showing his quick wit. He was known for his playful nature and for aggravating those around him in a way that kept things light. He had a strong love for his animals and took pride in caring for them, and he also found enjoyment in raising his garden. He especially enjoyed spending time at the lake and fishing, as well as working on and riding motorcycles.

His life and memory remain with his family and all those who crossed his path.
