Robert Bartley 64 of Lubbock passed away April 24, 2023. Robert was born on November 13, 1958 in Crosbyton, Texas to Robert Henry Bartley and Della Mae Rasco, Robert loved to watch football and was a Dallas Cowboy fan, and he enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Robert loved his Lord and enjoyed going to church.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, and two brother Bruce Williams, Jeffrey Daniel, and a sister Susan Elaine Peltier.

Those left to cherish his memory are; two sisters, Melissa Sursa of Lubbock and Debra Lynn Walton of Gilmer.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday April 25, 2023 at the Ralls Cemetery, Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday April 26, 2023 at The Open Door Church in Lubbock, Texas.
