Ricky Olivares, 48, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his loved ones on November 3, 2022. He was born June 15, 1974 in Lubbock, Texas to Romualdo and Angelita Olivares.

Ricky worked for Shamrock Cheverolet in Lubbock and in Corpus Christi in the detail department. He worked for Randy Robbin in Idalou as a module builder. He was employed at George's Restaurant at the time of his death.

Ricky is preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Sylvia Alcala; and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

He is survived by Rudy Olivares of Pampa, Texas; Diana Olivares and her spouse Tony Cedillo; Nieces, Allison Martinez and spouse Angel Velasquez, Amanda and Macial Villarreal, Stephanie and Chris Speegle, Alyssa and son Nolan Cedillo, and Taby and her daughters, Jayleigh and Jayden Cedillo.

We will always remember Ricky by his cheerful attitude, joking around smile and his willingness to always help others before himself.
