Phillip Morice Noey of Lubbock passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023 at the age of 79. He was born February 28, 1944 in Marquez, TX to Herbert and Francis Gordon Noey.

He married Dorothy Sue Morris in Lubbock in 1966. Phillip was co-owner of Noey Tree Service for many years. He enjoyed watching old westerns. He also liked to chew his tobacco, play his guitar and sit under a good shade tree. He loved spending time with his family every chance he got.

Phillip is survived by two sons, Phillip Noey, Jr., and wife Carla, of Waxahachie, TX and John Herbert Noey of Acuff, TX; two brothers, Martin Noey of Lorenzo, TX and Clifford Noey, and wife Lily, of Slaton, TX; four grandchildren, Magan Noey, Orin Noey, Weston Crary and Jessica Crary; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his wife and parents; one daughter, Beverly Sue Crary; two brothers, Roger Dale Noey and William Fredrick Noey; and two sisters, Elene Winstead and Mozele Walker.
