Paul Douglas Freeman Sr., 79, of Ralls passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 in Lubbock. He was born November 12, 1936 in Fannin County to David and Thelma (Cox) Freeman. He married Betty Miller on April 1, 1987.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents; David and Thelma Freeman.

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 29 years; Betty (Miller) Freeman; his two daughters; Tambra Grant & family of Boise, Idaho; Pam Joslin and family of Lubbock, TX; his son; Paul Freeman Jr. and family of Petersburg, Oklahoma; three step-daughters; Becky Dutton and family of Lovington, New Mexico; Mary Pineda and family of Hale Center, Texas; Beatrice Hanks and family of Cleburne, Texas; his step-son; Earl Walker and family of Texarkana, Arkansas; his sister; Betty Ruth of Bonham, Texas. He was also blessed with sixteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, August 20, at the Ralls Cemetery Chapel, with Rev. T.J. Messer officiating.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
