Patricia Petra Ybarra 73 of Ralls passed away June 20, 2021. She was born June 14, 1948 in Harlingen, Texas to Casimiro and Simplicia Cavazos Ybarra. Petra loved watching TV wrapped up in her blanket, she enjoyed sewing, going to garage sales, she loved her music and dancing, most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Petra is preceded in death by her parents; Brothers Domingo, Gerardo, Albino Ybarra; her brother in-law Guadalupe Trevino; and a nephew Juan Johnson Jr.

Petra leaves behind; two sons, Francisco Salinas and Jesse Lee Ortiz both of Ralls; two daughters, Olivia Guzman and husband Lonnie, Maricel Ortiz both of Ralls; three brothers, Isidro Ybarra of Donna, Daniel Ybarra of Mercedes, Larry Ybarra of Brownsville; three sisters, Inocencia Trevino of Mercedes, Maria Ybarra of Weslaco, Martha Ybarra of Leander; nine grandchildren, Andrew Guzman, Isaiah Ortiz, Alejandro Salinas, Adrianna Guzman, Bella Salinas, Delylah Ortiz, Isaac Ortiz, Amanda Castaneda, Roxann Castaneda; she also leaves behind five great- grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday June 24, 2021 in the Ralls Cemetery. A Rosary will be held 7:00 p.m. Wednesday June 23, 2021 at the Adams Funeral Home of Ralls. Arrangements are under the care of Adams Funeral Home.
