Norma Ruth Henderson Norris (Ruth, Ruthie) went to be with her almighty savior on February 27th. She is rejoicing in Heaven with Dalton Norris, Shug and Luther Henderson, Dean Henderson and Cleo Black, among other precious friends and family who went before her. Her faith in God never wavered. She counted on her relationship with Him to get her through life's most difficult times and always praised Him for all good things. Her favorite quote that she hand-stitched and cherished and kept at all times through the years was, "Let go, and let God."

Those left on earth will forever miss her presence and all the unselfish acts she performed. She was a giver in everything she did whether it was cooking food for others in need, making crafts and candy for friends and loved ones during the holidays, or taking care of her precious grandchildren, she did it with great joy.

Her favorite pastimes were playing 42, scrabble, quilting, sewing, and keeping her grandchildren.

Ruth is survived by son Dennis Norris and wife Cindy, son Terry Norris and wife Beverly, and daughter Teresa. She is survived by three grandchildren: Melissa and husband Donald, Laura and husband Robert, and, Dane, and three great-grandchildren: Cade, Lucy, and Asher.

A Memorial service will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, May 7, 2022 at First Baptist Church in Ralls with Rev. Adam Harris officiating, with a lunch prepared by the ladies of the church after. We will then go to place Mom beside Daddy and not far from her parents and grandparents.
