Doris Maurine McReynolds 86 of Ralls passed away October 23, 2017. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday October 28, 2017 at the Ralls Cemetery Chapel. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Maurine was born May 7th, 1931 in Cone, TX to William Fred and Addie Leona Morgan Butler. She married Elmer McReynolds on December 10, 1949 in Clovis, NM. Maurine lived in the Ralls area all her life; she graduated from Ralls High School in 1948. She was a caregiver all her life and was known for always giving and never taking. Maurine had a great love for her a family and also for all animals. She believed in hard work, loved working in the yard and enjoyed cooking.
Maurine is preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Darla Gilbert, one son Joe McReynolds, one granddaughter Jessica McReynolds, two great-grandchildren; Emerie and Patrick Banzet, three brothers James; J.C. and C.W. Butler
Maurine is survived by her husband, Elmer McReynolds of Ralls, her daughter Patricia Lowrie of Slaton, her son William McReynolds of Post, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
