Mary Harvey, 101, of McAdoo, TX passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016 after a long, healthy and blessed life. She was born in Matador, TX on May 17, 1914 to James and Delphia Christopher. Mary became the graceful wife of Lilburn Harvey in 1936 and together they raised three beautiful daughters.

Mary was a shy, dignified and active member of the Church of Christ in McAdoo for many years. Mary kept a warm and comfortable home; she loved gardening, canning, reading, kittens and her family. She was well loved and will be missed.

Mary is preceded in death by her loving husband, Lilburn, her parents, and 11 brothers and sisters.

Mary is survived by her three daughters, Arlene Hale, Lenora Land, and Paula Blacklock as well as 2 sons-in-law, 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Her life and spirit will be celebrated at Adams Funeral Home in Crosbyton, Texas on Monday, February 8, 2016 at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Afton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
