Maria Dolores "Dolly" Rodriguez, 70, passed away on November 9, 2022. She was born March 2, 1952 in Hondo, Texas to Octiviano Cortinaz and Eduelia Leyva.

Maria was a loving and caring person who was always full of life. Her presence always filled the room and she never met a stranger. She had a big heart and was always quick to help anyone in need. Her biggest passion was her family and husband and spending time with them every chance she could. She will be dearly missed by her friends and loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Those left to cherish her memories are; her husband, Refugio "Rufus" Rodriguez of Lorenzo; her daughters, Melissa (Liza) Staats and husband Andrew from Colorado Springs, Desiree Rodriguez Barron and husband Harry III; her son, Erik Rodriquez and wife Carol; her brothers, Rudy Cortinaz, Octiviano Cortinaz Jr, Christopher Cortinaz; her sisters, Vicki Rodriguez, Delia (Dilly) Mora, Tammy Flores, Eva Medina, Linda Reyna, Rebeca Pena, Naomi Champion; six grandchildren, Bryce Staats, Isabella Staats, Gavin Rodriquez, Emerson Rodriquez, Roman Barron, Christian Isaiah Barron and one great grandchild, Melina Staats.
