Lydia Diaz Morales 72, of Crosbyton entered Heaven's Gates on Wednesday, November 4, 2020. She was born on August 16, 1948 in Robstown, Texas to Juan and Jesusita Garcia Diaz. She married the love of her life Albert Morales on November 9, 1968.

Lydia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a woman of strong faith. Lydia's biggest passion was her family and making memories with them any chance she could. In her free time, she liked going to bingo with her husband but only enjoyed it if she was winning. She also enjoyed doing woodwork and tending to her 2 cats and dog. Lydia will be dearly missed by her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Melissa Morales, and siblings; John Diaz, Tommie Madrid, and JoeLuis Diaz.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Albert Morales Sr., her son Albert Morales Jr. and wife Linda, her daughter Amanda Morales and husband Randy Brown, her brother Alfred Diaz, her sisters; Phyllis Perez, Linda Silva, Olivia Alrendondo, and Margie Guzman. She also leaves behind four grandchildren; Megan Muniz and husband Jay, Dylan Morales, Shaianne Brown, Logan Brown, and two great-grandchildren; Brynlee and Laken Muniz.
