Linda Fay Bales 73, of Crosbyton passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021.

Linda was born December 2, 1947 in Crosby County, Texas to Raymond and Inez Lochridge Foy. She married Donald "Bud" Bales on June 30, 1970 in Ralls, Texas. He preceded her in death on January 19, 1996.

Linda worked as an LVN for both the Crosbyton Nursing Home and Crosbyton Clinic Hospital for many years. In her free time she loved quilting and playing video games. Her biggest passion was her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones.

She is survived her two sons, Donald Bales of Crosbyton, Deverett and wife Terri Bales of Crosbyton; three daughters, Donna and husband Jim Harris of Tyler Texas, Debbie Bales of Lubbock and Dedra Bales also of Lubbock; two sisters; Nancy Upchurch of Ralls, Jean Garringer (Gary) of Moody, TX; 6 grandchildren, Bradley, Rebekkah, Nicolas, Everett, Bella, and Ahnize; and two great grandchildren, Lilly and Ivy.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one sister Shirley Joan Dewbre.
