Lilly C. Sanchez, 73, of Ralls passed away April 30, 2025. She was born on December 5, 1951, in Nixon, Texas to Lalo and Virginia Ruiz Cisneros .She married the love of her life Jose Sanchez, on June 6, 1965, in Memphis, Texas. They were married for nearly 60 years.
Lilly was very active and loved by many. She was a very strong-willed person and always kept busy: she loved cooking, she was a godmother to many, she was very supportive of her grandchildren in their athletic activities and helping her husband Jose farm. Her biggest passion was her family and being grandma to her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by her friends and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Norma Zundt and husband Johnny Joe Zundt and five sisters, Virginia Lopez, Eulalia Sanchez, Felipa Bentura, Janie Cisnero and Pauline Sanchez.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Jose B. Sanchez of Ralls, TX her daughter, Yolanda Kennedy and husband Jaime of Ralls, TX, her sons, Refugio (R.C.) Sanchez of El Paso, TX, Raymundo Sanchez and wife Petra of Ralls, TX, Joe Sanchez III and wife Elena of Ralls, her brothers, Johnny Cisneros of Olton, TX, Adam Cisneros of Dimmitt, TX, and one sister, Eusebia Almaguer of Smiley, TX. She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the St. Michael's Catholic Church with burial following in the Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held on Monday, May 5th at 7:00 p.m. at the St. Michael's Catholic Church
