Lester Celestino Carrillo Jr., 59, of Lorenzo passed away April 10, 2016. He was born December 2, 1956 in Crosbyton, TX to Celestino Sr. and Maria Torres Carrillo. Lester married Rosalinda Hernandez on March 19, 1979 in Round Rock, TX. He loved working in his yard, spending time with his family & friends, and most of all his seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Lester is survived by his wife, Rosalinda Carrillo of Lorenzo; his two daughters; Mary Angela Schoepf and husband Matthew of Idalou; Melissa Hurst and husband Kelly of Idalou; his son, Celestino Carrillo III and wife Kendra of Lubbock; two brothers; Emeraldo Carrillo and wife Jovita of Houston; Joe Carrillo and wife Rosa of Round Rock; six sisters; Carmen Carrillo and husband Benito of Idalou; Alice Soliz of Lubbock; Ofelia Quiroz and husband Beto of Fort Worth; Elizabeth Jasso and husband Robert of Lubbock; Delia Carrillo of Anchorage, Alaska; Mary Cavazos of Ralls; and seven grandchildren; Michael Wesley Timmins, Joel Daniel Carrillo, Brayden Foster Hurst, Ty Wayne Schoepf, Brent Kelly Hurst, Haley Ann Carrillo, & Preston Ryan Carrillo.

Funeral mass will be 2 pm Thursday, April 14, at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Ralls. Arrangements are under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo.
