Leota "Meme" Hudgens 87 of Ralls passed away Saturday October 27, 2018 at home with her family by her side. She was born January 10, 1931 in Ralls Texas to Sam and Ruby Bullock Bennett. She married Doug Hudgens on June 7, 1947 in Ralls Texas. Leota was known as "Meme" by many people in and outside of her family, she made everyone she was around feel like family, she loved playing marbles and was very competitive in all the games she played. She was a Christian woman who loved her Lord dearly, and will be missed by all who knew her.

Leota is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two daughters; Deborah Holt and Margaret Lesly.

Leota is survived by one daughter, Lois Landsdown of Ralls, eight grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday October 31, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Ralls, burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls. A visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
