Krystal Joelle Wiley was born to the parentage of Billy Joe Wiley Sr. and Elizabeth Jackson Wiley on June 24, 1978 in Floydada, Texas.

Krystal attended Crosbyton CISD and graduated in 1996. She was the school mascot and was also on the basketball team. She earned a Green Belt in Tae Kwon Do while in high school. She placed a couple of 1st place in Abilene and Amarillo, 2nd place in Lubbock, and 3rd place in Abilene. She was a great competitor. Krystal attended South Plains College and earned her Associate of Science, and also an Associate of Applied Science for Respitory Care. She also attended Texas Tech University and minored in Psychology. She was employed by MHMR in Lubbock for 5 years and she worked as an employee for Lubbock County up until 2010.

Krystal expressed her belief in Christ at an early age and was an active member of Galilee Baptist Church at Crosbyton, Texas until her death.

Krystal is survived by her parents Billy Joe Wiley Sr. and Elizabeth Jackson Wiley, her sister Melody Denise Benton, her brothers; Billy Joe Wiley Jr. and Henry Jaton Harris. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins, friends, and a special friend Michael Philpott.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Stephanie Wiley.

Due to the Covid situation her family has elected to have private services.
