Kenneth Wayne McCoy was born to Mac and Nellie Ruth McCoy on July 13, 1971 in Crosbyton, Texas. He attended and graduated from Crosbyton High School. Kenneth served in the United States Navy. He worked as a landscaper. He enjoyed being around people and his family, Kenneth enjoyed life to the fullest.
At an early age Kenneth accepeted Jesus into his life.

Kenneth is survived by his brothers; Marlan and Joyce of Lubbock, Charles and Rosalyn of Crosbyton, Jamie and Loeta of Sweetwater, Johnny of Sweetwater, Michael of Lubbock, his sister Peggy and Johnny of Lubbock, a special niece Temika of Lubbock and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
