Kelly Frank Himmel, 74, of Ralls, passed away April 13, 2025. He was born May 2, 1950, in Crosbyton, Texas to Carroll Himmel and Bobbie Moody.

Kelly is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kathy Givens.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Mary Himmel of Ralls, two sons; Tommy Duncan of South Carolina and Lee Duncan of Florida; his nieces and nephews, Shalee and Chris Givens, Jaime and Casey Givens and Kylyn Givens Lee and husband Robert.
