Joe Martinez, age 57, of Morton, TX passed away peacefully on June 26th, 2023. He was born October 7th, 1965 in Muleshoe, TX to Manuela and Joe Martinez.
Joe was a wonderful son and brother. He graduated from Morton High School in 1984. Joe loved playing his guitar, fishing, storytelling, and listening to Mana. He had a big heart and a great sense of humor.
He is preceded in death by his brother Floyd Martinez. He is survived by his parents Manuela Martinez and Joe Martinez of Lubbock, TX, sibling Tim Saenz of Los Angeles, CA and honorary brother Charlie Martinez (Maggie) of Lubbock, TX.
