Jose Alvino Hinojosa, of Crosbyton, Texas, passed away on October 16, 2026. He was born on May 13, 1965, in McLennan, Texas, to Dimitrio and Gomecinda Hinojosa. Him and his loving wife Matilda were married in Petersburg and have been inseparable for the last 44 years.

As a hardworking man, he found joy in fixing cars, lawnmowers, and anything with an engine that he could make run. He loved to barbecue and cook on the grill while spending time with the people he loved most; his family. He will be remembered for his generous heart and loving nature. His memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Matilda Hinojosa; six sons, Jose Jr., Marcus, Charles, Jesse, Robert, Raphel; three daughters, Rosa, Marie, Sinda; two daughter in laws, Nisha, Olga; two brothers, Martin, Johnny; six sisters, Marie, Maria, Jesusa, Annette, Yvonne, Teresa; twelve grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Gomecinda Hinojosa.
