Jose Angel DeLaCerda Jr. 60 of Lubbock and formerly of Ralls passed away August 24, 2020. He was born October 2, 1959 in Lubbock Texas, to Jose Sr. and Rosa Torres DeLaCerda. Jose loved living life to the fullest, listening and dancing to his rock-roll and spanish music, watching his beloved Redskins, and spending time with his family, especially his mother.

Jose is preceded in death by his father, and three brothers; Ramiro, Rogelio, and Arturo DeLaCerda.

Jose is survived by his mother Rosa of Ralls, two sons; Jose DeLaCerda III of Lubbock, and David DeLaCerda of Lubbock, four brothers; Paul DeLaCerda of Lubbock, Felix DeLaCerda of Petersburg, George DeLaCerda of Lubbock, Jesus DeLaCerda of Ralls, two sisters; Rosa Gonzales of Lubbock, and Sylvia Gonzales of Idalou. Joe also leaves four grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 29, 2020 at the Templo Nueva Vida in Ralls, burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls. A visitation will be held from 7 p.m. till 8 p.m. Friday at Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
