Joni Suzanne Cox Lancaster lost her fight with cancer on Sept. 15th. Joni was the daughter of Lula Sanders of Sarasota,Fl and Wesley Cox of Virginia Beach, Va. Joni was born in Crosbyton, Texas, and grew up in Lubbock. She spent her teens in Little Elm, Texas, and New Orleans, LA. Joni met her husband in Norfolk,VA,
and they spent several years in the United States Navy. After the Navy, her husband joined a great team at Coca Cola in Atlanta
and Georgia was her home until her last days. Joni was a
loving wife and mother, daughter, sister, and dear friend.
Joni was deeply loved and she will be greatly missed.

Joni is survived by her husband, Robert of Atlanta, GA;
son, Dylan Ringer of Norfolk, VA; her parents; sister and
brother-in-law, Alicia and Jeff Schmidt and niece, Madison
Dorn of Va Beach, VA; and brother, Michael Renshaw of Denver, CO.


A memorial service for Joni will be held on Saturday, September 24th, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Ralls, Texas, with burial following in Ralls Cemetery.
