John Joe Garza 86, of Ralls passed away June 30, 2024, with his family by his side. He was born February 8, 1937, in Yorktown, Texas to Cesario and Benita Quintana Garza. John was raised in Yorktown, he farmed for many years in Crosby County, he loved getting together with his family, and he also enjoyed fishing and camping.

John is preceded in death by his parents, three children, Guadalupe Martinez, Esparanza and Roberto Garza.

Those left to cherish his memory are seven daughters: Gloria Perelas of Lubbock, Christina Valdez of California, Beneta Segura of Michigan, Irene Flores of Lubbock, Anita Garza of Ralls, Margarita Garza of Lubbock, and Rebecca Auguliar of Michigan. John also leaves behind thirty-five grandchildren and 69 great-grandchildren.
