Joana Jean Allen, 63, of Crosbyton, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2019, in Lubbock.  A visitation will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 at Adam's Funeral Home in Ralls from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 23, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Ralls with Reverends Bill Fuller, and Billy Wiley, officiating. Burial will follow at Crosbyton Cemetery.

Joana was born March 1, 1956 in Lubbock to Linda Joann (Wilkins) and Richard Roland McDaniel.  She married Wayne Allen on June 18, 2017 in Crosbyton.  She enjoyed cooking, loved gardening and crossword puzzles.  She enjoyed the outdoors and loved to go fishing and camping.  She was a healthcare provider and enjoyed helping and caring for her patients.

Joana was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Peggy Kirkland and Rebecca McDaniel.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Wayne; sons, Reggie Kendrick (Isabel) of Ralls, Joshua Smith (Toni) of Lubbock and Brian Teeter (Haley) of Bryant, AR; brothers, Richard W. McDaniel (Nikki) of Killeen and Paul D. McDaniel of Texarkana; sisters, Mary Lackey of Lubbock, Kay McDaniel of New Braunfels, Sheila Hancock of Midland and Alice McMurrian of Boise, ID.  She also left behind 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
