Janice Page-Dwyer, mother, Granny, and friend, sadly passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 80. She was born to Amos and Lois Page on January 19, 1944, in Houston, Texas. Janice grew up in McLean, Texas, where she developed a love for life that she carried with her throughout her years.
On June 16, 1961, she married the love of her life, Joe Dwyer, and together they created a home in Crosbyton filled with love and laughter. Janice was the cherished mother of two daughters, Jana Dwyer-Boyce, and Jennifer Dwyer-Shaver.
She had an incredible knack for making lifelong friends wherever she went, spending time in Ruidoso, New Mexico, Wichita Falls, Cedar Creek Lake, and Crosbyton, Texas.
Janice is survived by her daughters Jana and husband Dale of Red Oak, and Jennifer Shaver of Wichita Falls. She adored her six grandchildren—Katie Musick and husband Reilly, Logan Boyce and wife Nicole, Lindsey Peace, and husband Dylan, Erin Smith and husband Derick and Emily Shaver and fiancé Justin Roark, as well as her four great-grandchildren, Adalynn Musick, Alexandria Boyce, Emery, and Tres Smith with another on the way, baby boy Peace. Janice is also survived by two sisters, Jill Page, and JoAnn Baker along with one brother, James Page.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Lois Page, husband, Joe Dwyer, and grandson, Zachary Shaver.
She will be remembered for her kindness, infectious smile, and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her. She spent her days creating beautiful memories with her family and friends.
A celebration of Janice's life will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Crosbyton cemetery where family and friends are invited to gather, share their memories, and honor her legacy.
