Janelle Leatherwood Sellers, 79, of Ralls passed away at her residence on August 12, 2015. She was born January 16, 1936 in Crosby County to Bud and Lottie (Barnett) Leatherwood and graduated from Crosbyton High School in 1954. Janelle was very active in Women's Study Club and volunteered for the suicide prevention hotline. She was previously employed with Owens Co-Op and PCA. Some of Janelle's favorite pastimes were traveling and shopping.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Curtis Leatherwood.
Janelle is survived by her three daughters; Loraine Sellers, Jan Bates and husband Scott, and Patti Dycus and husband Drew all of Ralls; her six grandchildren; Jessica, Jenny, Jacob, April, Adam, and Amanda, and a great-granddaughter; Natalie.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 16 at First United Methodist Church in Ralls with Rev. Jean Riley officiating. The family requests memorials be made to Accolade Homecare and Hospice or First United Methodist Church of Ralls. Online condolences can be made at www.adamsfuneral.com
