Jaime Manuel "Chio" Pina, 77, of Ralls passed away June 15, 2023. He was born December 25, 1945 in Salineno, Texas to Santiago and Zulema Medrano Pina. He married Juana Benavides on April 30, 1983 in Zapata Texas. Chio was a farmer and gin worker, he loved his family dearly.

Chio is preceded in death by his parents, one sister and two brothers.

Those left to cherish his memory are; his wife Juana of Ralls, three sons, Ulysses Zuniga of Ralls, Jaime Pina Jr. of Ralls, and Lamberto Pina of Slaton, three daughters, Zulema Pina Mercado of London, England, Melissa Pina of Lubbock, Sylvia Pina of Slaton, two brothers, Reynaldo Pina of Ralls, Santiago Pina of Laredo, two sisters, Oralia Rubio of Laredo, Beatrice Casarez of Lorenzo. He also leaves sixteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A private family service will be held.
