Israel Landin 71 of Spring Texas passed away November 7, 2017. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday November 18, 2017 at San Lorenzo Catholic Church in Lorenzo. Burial will follow in the Ralls cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls. A rosary will be held Friday 6:00 p.m. at the same church.

Israel was born on January 17, 1946 in Martindale, Texas to Carlos and Paula Rangel Landin. He married Eva Gomez on January 6, 1973 in Lorenzo Texas. He was a member of the Catholic Church and worked at the Lorenzo Textile Mill for many years. Israel loved working on cars, playing softball and spending time with family.

Israel is preceded in death by his parents, three daughters Michelle Landin, Mary Landin, Mary Lou Landin, two sons Michael Landin, and Israel Landin Jr., and two sisters; Mary Martinez and Manuela Proa.

He is Survived by his wife Eva of Spring, Texas, two sons; Billy Landin of Lubbock, Bobby Landin of Lubbock, four brothers Charlie Landin Jr. of Lubbock, Victor Landin of Lorenzo, Armando Landin of New Braunfels, Juan Landin of Luling, Three sisters Gloria Cisneros of Lorenzo, Dora Peralez of Lorenzo, Lucy Deleon of Lorenzo and four grandchildren Kayla Landin, Xavier Landin, Corey Landin and Christian Gonzales.
