Hazel Pauline Soltwisch, 88, or Crosbyton, formerly of Roaring Springs, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 in Crosbyton. She was born June 12, 1928 in Graham, Texas to William Eugene and Audrey (Jones) Fowler. She married Robert "Bob" Soltwisch. He preceded her in death on August 4, 1986. Hazel loved oil pastel painting, knitting and crocheting, as well as cooking. She also greatly enjoyed reading, singing and playing guitar.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bob; her parents William and Audrey; two brothers; Jake and Dude Fowler; and her sister, Wanda Gage.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law; Nancy Roberts and husband Larry of Roaring Springs; her sister; Jeleta Dews of Mineral Wells; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2016 at Roaring Springs Full Gospel Church, with Rev. Jim Ritter officiating.
