Hazel Hazelwood passed away April 27, 2017 in Lubbock. Services will be Saturday April 29, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in the Ralls Cemetery Chapel in Ralls, Texas with Hospice Chaplain Elizabeth Abraham officiating. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Hazel was born on July 5, 1937 to David Clyde and Tress Rodgers Moseley. She married Sonny Hazelwood on December 17, 1955 in Spur, Texas. She was a retired LVN and owned and operated several businesses with her husband.
Survivors include her son Dale of Lubbock; her sister Helen Copeland of Lubbock, two brothers; Leland Moseley of Ralls; Ernest Moseley of Davilla, four grandchildren, Jade Cirone of Fort Collins, Colorado; Bailey Sparks, Nevada; Ashton, and Brianna Hazelwood of Canyon.
