Gilbert Gonzales 68, of Lubbock passed away Thursday June 21, 2018. Gilbert was born April 10, 1950 in O'Donnell Texas to Simon and Lorana Gonzales.

He is survived by four daughters; Melissa Gonzales of Lubbock, Lisa Rangal of Bastrop, Elizabeth Velazquez, Sandra Gonzales of Bastrop, three sons; Jayson Gonzales of Lubbock, Simon Gonzales of Moore, OK, Joe Gilbert Gonzales of Austin, one brother; Tony Gonzales of Lubbock, one sister; Stella Rainey of Lubbock, fifteen grandchildren; Miria Lynn Gonzales, Zoey Ahmi Gonzales, Kenya Ali Gonzales, Mason Reed Gonzales, Levi Hejl, Miguel Mendoza, Jacob Gonzales, Alysia Gonzales, Samuel Gonzales, Jarimaha Mendoza, Angela Gonzales, Justin Rangel, Elizabeth Mendoza, Jackie Gonzales, Christian Rangel, eight great grandchildren; Liam Hejl, Tanner, Charlotte Mendoza, Alianna Garcia, Stiles Mendoza, Riley, Prudence, and Gabrielle.
