Faye Harlan Hays formerly of Idalou passed away on February 3, 2018 at her home in Clayton, Ca. Faye was preceded in death by her parents Jewel and Elma Harlan, husband W.F. Hays Jr. and Cousin Isabelle Clift.

Faye graduated from the University of Texas and started her teaching career at Borger Public Schools and continued her teaching of physical education in the Mt. Diablo School District before her retirement.

She was always an animal lover from the horses she rode as a young girl to the cats she cared for later in life.

A grave side committal will take place at the Idalou Cemetery in Idalou, Tx on Friday February 23, 2018 at 1 pm.
