Evangelina Lopez, 80, of Crosbyton passed away Friday,January 15, 2016 in Crosbyton. She was born January 26, 1935 in El Paso, TX to Moises and Perla Rodriguez. She married Eduardo Lopez in 1951 in El Paso. Evangelina loved the years she spent working as a nurse and enjoyed watching crime solving shows.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Moises and Perla; and her husband, Eduardo.

She is survived by two daughters; Sally Leos of Hobbs NM; Gloria Gutierrez of Crosbyton; her son Edward Lopez of Crosbyton; two brothers; Daniel Rodriguez of Truth or Consequences, NM; David Torres of Dona Ana, NM; four sisters; Janie Torres and Liza Aburn both of El Paso; Gloria Young of Detroit MI; and Evezyn Torres of San Diego, CA; seventeen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

No services are scheduled. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Adams Funeral Home in Crosbyton.
