Estrella Rivera Guzman (Star), 27, of Crosbyton entered Heaven's Gates on Friday July 23, 2021. She was born July 22, 1994 in Lubbock, Texas to Alberto Rivera and Lydia Garcia. She met the love of her life Chris, in January 2012 and they soon started a beautiful family with three amazing children; Aniya, Jordan and Kane. Chris and Star had recently become engaged with plans to soon be married.

Star was full of energy and never met a stranger; she turned many heads with her beauty and laughter. She also had a knack for fashion including her classic onesies. Her smile was contagious and would light up the room, especially when she was around Chris and their kids. Her family was her biggest passion. Star was very involved with her kid's activities; she loved having lunch with them almost every day. She was a big part of P.A.C.E., Girl Scouts, Zumba, and anything else her kids participated in. Every mom needs a break and her group of girlfriends were always there to help her out. Her love of music tended to always make people laugh because of her choices of going from Moody Blues to Ganster Rap. She would belt out a song as loud as she could without a care in the world. Her personality was huge and very much contagious. Her never ending devotion to Chris and their babies was one that everyone should have. Star was an amazing loving person and will be deeply missed by her family, friends and community.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving spouse of 10 years Chris Guzman; her three beautiful children, Aniya, Jordan and Kane; her parents; her in-laws who loved her just like a daughter, Luis and Janette Guzman, and Christy Guzman; her street mom, Michelle Hernandez; her brothers, Isaha, Ismael, Brylan, David, Martin, Matthew; her sisters, Amber, Jaylssa, Reanna, Kaydence, Cashlyn, and Brandy. She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
