Elodia Salinas Garcia, 56, of Ralls passed away on July 18, 2023. She was born September 20, 1966 in Crosbyton, TX to Joe and Amelia Cisneros Salinas.

She married Juan Garcia on August 20, 2011 in Ralls, Texas. Elodia was a very loving wife, sister, and mother, and never met a stranger. She worked at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock for over 30 years. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Ralls, and served as a Guadalupana. Elodia will be missed dearly by her friends and loved ones.

Elodia is survived by her husband, Juan of Ralls; two sons, Zachary Martinez of Austin and Juan Cruz Garcia of Lubbock; one brother, Jerry Salinas of Lubbock; one sister, Angie Bautista of Ft. Worth, TX; and one grandchild, Kaylani Kruz Garcia.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Leticia Gutierrez.
