Elene Etta Noey Winstead 70, of Lubbock passed away on November 2, 2021. She was born on January 7, 1951 in Franklin, Texas to Herbert and Francis Gordon Noey. Elene loved spending time with family and friends, but her pride and joy was her loving husband Frank and her son Raymond. She also loved shopping and having family gatherings on any holiday or occasion. She had the most caring and outgoing love for everyone she came in contact with.

Elene is preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers; William and Roger Noey.

Those left to cherish her memory are; husband Frank Ticknor of Lubbock, son Raymond Winstead of Slaton, three brothers; Martin Noey of Idalou, Phillip Noey of Acuff, Clifford Noey and wife Lilly of Lubbock; one sister, DeLores Walker; one granddaughter Kaylee Johnson of Wyoming and three great-grandchildren. Elene also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who she helped raise like her own.
