Esbardo "Edward" Ramirez, 45, of Lubbock, formerly of Ralls, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016. He was born in Petersburg, Texas on November 19, 1970 to Joe Ramirez Sr. and Filomena (Guzman) Ramirez. Edward was an avid die cast collector and super hero movie fan. He loved spending time with his family, but especially loved hanging out with his twin brother Gerald.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Joe Sr. and Filomena.


Those left to cherish his memory are his wife; Nina Elias of Lubbock; his three sisters; Maria Elisa Gibson of Ralls; Gloria Goddard of Roosevelt; Virginia Ramirez of Borger; his three brothers; Joe Ramirez Jr. and Jesse Ramirez both of Ralls; his twin brother Gerald Ramirez of Lubbock; and three very special children in his life; Jennifer Berry, Joseph Lopez, and Selena Lopez.

A rosary will be held at 7 pm on Wednesday, October 26, at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Ralls. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am Thursday, October 27, at St. Michaels Catholic Church, with burial following in Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
