Duane Shock 70 of Crosbyton passed away Tuesday November 21, 2017. Graveside Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday November 25, 2017 at the Crosbyton Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 4:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

Duane was born October 7, 1947 in San Angelo Texas to Lorenz and Donna Powers Shock. He married Dianne Smith on May 27, 1971 in Lubbock Texas. Duane served on the Crosbyton ISD School Board and the Crosby County Stock Show Board for many years. He coached Little Dribblers for several years and loved working for the children of the community.

Duane is preceded in death by his parents.

Duane is survived by his wife Dianne, a son Duane Lynn and wife Ashley Shock of Lubbock, a daughter Jamie Lynn and husband Micky McCalib of Lubbock, and two sisters; Lorita Montgomery of Canyon and Marcille Long of Ozona. Duane also leaves behind grandchildren; Brittnie, Brayden, Baylie, Cambree, Keslee Shock, and Cale and Canon McCalib. Online condolences can be made at www.adamsfuneral.com .
