Douglas William Mammaro, 57, of Lubbock, passed away on March 4th, 2024.  He was born February 25th, 1967, in Mankato, Minnesota to Bill and Nette Mammaro. Douglas never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone. He enjoyed helping people and was a very caring person. Douglas worked for Durham Transport for over 8 years.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Nette, and sister Leslie Ann Mammaro. Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Bill; his brother, Steven Mammaro of Lubbock; two sisters, Dawn Binder of Lubbock and Christa Lemon of Kyle, TX; nephews Royce Binder and wife Iris, Dillon Binder, Brandon Binder, and Christopher Lemon; and two great-nieces, Ailyn Garcia and Daisy Binder.

Services for Douglas will  be Saturday, March 9th at 2pm at the First Baptist Church in Crosbyton with burial to follow at Crosbyton Cemetery.  A visitation will be held Friday March 8th from 7-8 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home in Crosbyton.
