Dottie "Refugia" Ramirez 77 of Spur passed away May 24, 2023. She was born July 4, 1945 in Robstown, Texas to Pedro and Marianna Hernandez Ramirez. Dottie loved her grandchildren more than anything but also enjoyed watching rodeos on the TV and listening to music, her favorite past time was getting her family together for family time.

Dottie is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Castillo H. Ramirez, Victor Ramirez, Blasa Ramirez, and Lupe Ramirez.

Those left to cherish her memory are; three daughters, Ruby Hooton and her husband Mark of Spur, Rachel Pesina and her husband Mike of San Angelo, Hope Ortiz and husband Willie of Spur; two sons, Bruce Sharples of Stephenville, Rudy Molina Jr. of Spur; a sister Valentina Kautz of Dickens; her grandchildren, Elizabeth and Kevin Brock, Amanda Taylor, Crystal and Jered Snow, Isaac and Ana Pesina, Christopher Alanis Sharples, Alyssa and Raul Rey Pesina, Olivia Ortiz, Colton Sharples, Willie Ortiz III, Casyn Sharples, Pablo Ortiz; great-grandchildren, Kayden Taylor, Nathan Brock, Karsen Taylor, Kaleb Brock, Peyton Taylor, Mason Taylor, Autumn Taylor, Madilyne Pesina, Silly Celi Rey, Aubrie Munoz, Eric Munoz, Celeste Munoz.

Urn internment will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday June 3, 2023 in the Eakins Cemetery in Ponder Texas.
