Deborah Smiley Ausmus 65, of Ralls passed away Friday November 16, 2018. Deborah was born on December 31, 1952, in Lubbock, Texas to J.C. and Palma Lancaster Smiley. She married Michael Ausmus on September 21, 1985 at the Silver Falls Park.

Deborah was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ralls. She was a Certified Kitchen Designer and also helped her mother write books for Sunday school. Deborah was a graduate from Amarillo College.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Michael Ausmus of Ralls, her sister in law Janice Hancock of Coleman, TX, her sister in law Sharyn and husband Jerry Webb of North Richland Hills, TX, and her nieces and nephews whom she loved all very much.

Visitation will be Sunday November 18 from 4-5 at the Adams Funeral Home of Ralls. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday at the First Baptist Church of Ralls. Burial will be at 2:00 PM in Roaring Springs, TX at the Roaring Springs Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home.
