Debbie Merrill, 64, of Lorenzo died Wednesday, October 19, 2022. She was born May 7, 1958 in Littlefield to Delbert and Ruth Timmins.
Debbie married Quintin Merrill on April 1, 1983 in Lubbock. She retired from People's Bank as an officer in 2015 after working for the Lorenzo branch for 32 years.

She was a stream of comfort for her children, the piece that fit for her husband, a source of laughter for her community, and the queen to her girls, Debbie loved painting and her grand puppies. Debbie enjoyed traveling with her family and reading novels.

She is survived by her husband Quintin of Lorenzo; her three sons Shon Mobbs of Lorenzo, Chad Mobbs of Lorenzo, and Jason Merrill of Kyle, Texas; one brother, Ricky Timmins of Ackerly, Texas; one sister, Mellony Timmins of Crosbyton, Texas; and two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be at the Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo on Sunday, October 23rd from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Monday October 24th at the First Baptist Church of Lorenzo.

Interment will be in the Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home.
